The Residents' rooms are situated on two floors, most of which are on the ground floor. Many of the ground floor rooms have access via French Doors to a personal patio area for those residents who prefer, at times, to sit quietly overlooking the landscaped garden.
Each room has a hand wash basin. Most of the rooms have en-suite facilities. There are three bathrooms and one wet room of which some offer specialist aids such as hydraulic lift seats. A passenger lift ensures easy access to both floors for residents whether walking or with the aid of a wheelchair or zimmer frame.
There are four spacious sitting rooms, two of which have been designed with many windows, enabling residents to enjoy the attractive view of the garden whilst remaining indoors. Television sets are located in three of the sitting rooms allowing a wider choice of programmes for residents. Arrangements can be made for residents to install their own Television sets in their room. Residents may also have a telephone installed in their room for personal use. |
