Mansion House Residential Home do their utmost to ensure that their residents receive the highest quality cuisine to their individual tastes and needs.

Breakfast
a) Sausage, Tomato & Bread
b) Porridge, Cereals & Toast
All served with Tea/Coffee and fresh Juices

Lunch
a) Steak & Kidney Pudding
b) Savoury Mince with Mash Potato & fresh Vegetables

Dessert
a) Home-made Apple Pie & Custard or Ice Cream
b) Fruit Crumble with Cream or Ice Cream

Tea time
a) Smoked Salmon Salad with Bread
b) Sandwiches and Soup with home-made Cake or Jelly

Supper
Biscuits, Cake, hot and cold drinks & snacks are also available

 


Food is prepared in a kitchen with a five star hygiene rating (Maldon District Council) by staff qualified to a minimum standard of a Level 2 Catering and Food Safety NVQ.

Each resident is treated individually with needs such as allergies and likes/dislikes catered for.

Special meals are also available for Vegetarians, Vegans and Diabetics as well as liquid food for those residents unable to cope with solid foodstuffs.
